Title: Business Loan Program Temporary Changes; Paycheck Protection Program--Consolidation of Interim Final Rules 
Abstract:

SBA has published a number of interim final rules in the Federal Register to implement the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).  SBA plans to issue a final rule that will consolidate these various rules and amend the business loan program regulations to incorporate the rules into 13 CFR part 120 or part 121, as applicable.
