Title: Government Contracting Programs: Subcontract Reporting and Other Amendments 
Abstract:

SBA is amending its subcontracting regulation to permanently extend the eSRS reporting deadlines. SBA is making other various changes and definitional clarifications including allowing a commercial subcontracting plan to be based on the Government’s Fiscal Year (FY). SBA is amending its subcontracting regulation to implement Sec. 862 of National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) FY 2024 amending the number of days a prime contractor’s payment is past due to its subcontractor from 90 days to 30 days.
