Abstract:
This interim final rule contained amendments to the regulations governing the Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) program. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) revised its regulations to specifically recognize that the SBA Administrator may extend the date of WOSB recertification where appropriate. |
