Title: Providing Discretion To Extend Women-Owned Small Business Program Recertification Where Appropriate 
Abstract:

This rule amends U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)’s regulations governing the Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) program. SBA revised its regulations to specifically recognize that the SBA Administrator may extend the date of WOSB recertification where appropriate.
