Title: ●ALP Express Pilot to Permanent Status for the 504 Loan Program 
Abstract:

Following the expiration of the temporarily delegated authority authorized in the Economic Aid Act (P.L. 116-260, Division N, Sec. 328(b)), SBA utilized its pilot authority to extend the ALP Express Pilot delegations for ALP CDCs. This delegated authority is to process and close 504 loans under $500,000.  SBA will propose to convert this pilot program to permanent prior to its expiration date of September 30, 2025.
