| Title: Joint Ventures in Small Business Government Contracting Programs | |
|
Abstract:
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA or Agency) maintains multiple regulations on how small businesses can use joint ventures to bid on and perform government contracts. SBA proposes to consolidate these six regulations into a common section, which will reduce the compliance burden and complexity for small businesses. SBA also proposes changes to the requirements for a joint venture to qualify to bid as a small business or SBA program participant. |
