Abstract:
SBA will publish a notice of proposed rulemaking to enhance the International Trade Loan (IT) program, adjusting collateral requirements and renaming the program to the Manufacturing & Trade Loan Program. The revisions concern (1) renaming the program to the Manufacturing & Trade Loan Program; (2) changing the regulations to allow program to better work in tandem with SBA’s revolving line of credit programs; (3) clarifying what constitutes a small business concern being adversely affected by import competition, adding support for impacted industries. |
