| Title: ●Establishing Eligibility Requirements for HUBZone Manufacturers | |
|
Abstract:
SBA proposes amending its HUBZone regulations to encourage manufacturers to invest in HUBZone areas. The NPRM will be deregulatory, proposing to create a ramp-up for the 35% HUBZone residency requirement. This will allow small manufacturers with facilities in HUBZones to be certified as HUBZone small businesses though a less burdensome process. |
