| Title: ●Standards for Conducting Business with SBA | |
|
Abstract:
In response to Executive Order 14219, SBA has completed a page-by-page, line-by-line review of all of its existing regulations to determine which might be revised or eliminated. This rule will amend SBA’s regulations governing its standards of conduct for individuals and entities, referred to as Agents, who represent applicants, participants or lenders in their dealings with the SBA. This rule consolidates the definition of good cause for suspension or revocation into the main definitions section and removes an unnecessary internal cross-reference. |
