Abstract:

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to amend its regulations governing the Veteran Small Business Certification Program. This action is necessary to streamline the regulations by removing unnecessary and redundant provisions and revising several key definitions to reduce administrative burden. The rule would improve the clarity and efficiency of the certification process for veteran entrepreneurs.
