Abstract:

This rule makes several technical changes to 13 CFR Part 106.  It updates references to reflect legislative developments and subsequent reauthorization of amendments made by Pub. L. 108-447 section 132(a). It also streamlines and clarifies certain sections of the Part by eliminating redundant provisions, consolidating certain procedural sections, and clarifying amendments by removing overbroad terms.
