| Title: ●Small Business Size Regulations | |
|
Abstract:
The Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to amend its regulations governing small business size eligibility to streamline rules, eliminate unnecessary provisions, and clarify ambiguous language. This action is necessary to reduce regulatory burdens on small businesses, simplify compliance, and better align the agency’s rules with their statutory authority. The rule would enhance the clarity and accessibility of the regulations, improve the administration of SBA's programs, and reduce administrative costs for regulated entities. |
