| Title: ●Small Business Development Centers | |
|
Abstract:
The Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to amend its regulations governing the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Program. This proposed rule would eliminate outdated, unnecessary, or redundant provisions and streamline program operations. This action is necessary to reduce administrative burdens on SBDC recipient organizations, enhance their operational flexibility, and align the regulations more closely with the Small Business Act. The rule would simplify compliance and allow SBDC networks to more efficiently deliver services to small businesses. |
