Title: ●Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension, Subpart G - Suspension
Abstract:

In response to Executive Order 14219, SBA has completed a page-by-page, line-by-line review of all of its existing regulations to determine which might be revised or eliminated. SBA  proposes to amend its regulations governing the process for appealing nonprocurement debarment decisions. This action is necessary to improve the language for the administrative review process for debarment decisions, clarify the appeal process for a debarred person, and align the Agency’s rules with government-wide standards for the appeal process of a debarred person. The rule would improve administrative efficiency and eliminate procedural ambiguity in subpart G.
