| Title: ●Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension, Subpart I - Definitions | |
|
Abstract:
In response to Executive Order 14219, SBA has completed a page-by-page, line-by-line review of all of its existing regulations to determine which might be revised or eliminated. SBA proposes to amend its regulations governing nonprocurement debarment and suspension definitions. This action is necessary to improve the clarity and efficiency of the existing regulations by removing a redundant provision and making a minor clarifying adjustment. The rule would make the rules easier for the public to understand and navigate without altering substantive policies or procedures. The SBA will consider comments received before issuing a final rule. |
