Abstract:

TVA is issuing a proposed rule to revise its regulations for implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq., as amended (NEPA), codified at 18 CFR Part 1318, in response to amendments to NEPA under the Fiscal Responsibility Act, Executive Order (E.O.) 14154, Unleashing American Energy and E.O. 14192, Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation, and the repeal of the Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ’s) NEPA regulations.
