Abstract:

On June 30, 2016, the President signed into law the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.  This rule will amend the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction's FOIA regulations consistent with the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, Pub. No. 114-185.
