Title: RESTORE Act Spill Impact Component Allocations 
Abstract:

The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council regulation to implement the Spill Impact Component of the Resources and Ecosystem Sustainability Tourist Opportunities and Revived Economies of the Gulf Coast States Act of 2012. This regulation established how funds made available from the Gulf Coast Restoration Trust Fund (Trust Fund) would be allocated between the five Gulf Coast States.
