Abstract:

The Office of the Currency of the Comptroller, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, are amending their Community Reinvestment Act regulations to adjust the asset-size thresholds used to define "small bank" or "small savings association" and "intermediate small bank" or "intermediate small savings association."
