Title: FAR Case 1997-304, Electronic Commerce in Federal Procurement 
Abstract: This rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement section 850 of the National Defense Act for FY 1998 (Pub. L. 105-85) to eliminate the preference for electronic commerce within the Federal Acquisition Computer Network. This regulatory action was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993, and is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
