Title: FAR Case 2001-031, Deferred Compensation and Post-Retirement Benefits Other Than Pensions 
Abstract: The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by revising the paragraphs of the "compensation for personal services" cost principle relating to deferred compensation and post-retirement benefits other than pensions. This is not a significant regulatory action and, therefore, was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
