Title: FAR Case 2001-031, Deferred Compensation and Postretirement Benefits Other Than Pensions 
Abstract: This rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by revising the cost principles for Deferred compensation other than pensions, and Postretirement benefits other than pensions. This is not a significant regulatory action and, therefore, was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
