Abstract: This rule proposes to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update the procedures for the acceptance of a bond with a security interest in real property. This is not a significant regulatory action and, therefore, was not subject to review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
