Title: FAR Case 2007-015, Administrative Changes to the FPI Blanket Waiver and the JWOD Program Name
Abstract: The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) are issuing a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to increase the blanket waiver threshold for small dollar-value purchases from FPI by Federal agencies and to change the name of the JWOD Program to the AbilityOne Program.
