Title: FAR Case 2007-017, Service Contractor Employee Personal Conflicts of Interest
Abstract: DoD, GSA, and NASA are amending the FAR to address service contractor employees' personal conflicts of interest (PCI). The rule will impose greater disclosure of contractor practices, specific prohibitions, and reliance on specified principles in promoting ethical behavior. This case is being withdrawn because some of the concepts of this case are now incorporated into FAR Case 2008-025.
