Title: FAR Case 2009-011, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the Recovery Act)--GAO/IG Access 
Abstract: The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) are amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act) with respect to sections 902, 1514, and 1515 of Division A. This is a significant regulatory action and, therefore, was subject to Office of Management and Budget review under section 6 of Executive Order 12866, Regulatory Planning and Review, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
