Title: FAR Case 2007-019, Contractor Access to Information 
Abstract: DoD, GSA, and NASA had proposed to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide regulatory coverage, including an "Access" clause that will govern contractor access to Government or third-party information in order to protect the information from unauthorized use or disclosure; and two "Release" clauses that will require contractors to authorize the Government to release information to another contractor, as long as it is protected from unauthorized use or disclosure by the access clause. This case is withdrawn because some concepts of the case are now incorporated into FAR Case 2011-001.
