Title: FAR Case 2008-020, Contract Closeout 
Abstract: DoD, GSA, and NASA are amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise procedures for closing out contract files. This case revises procedures for clearing final patent reports and quick-closeout procedure, and sets forth a description of an adequate final indirect cost rate proposal and supporting data. This will allow for more efficient and effective close-out of contracts.
