Title: FAR Case 2011-009, Payment of Subcontractors 
Abstract: This rule implements section 1334 of the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-240). Section 1334 requires that when a contractor has a history of unjustified failure to make full or timely payments to subcontractors, the contracting officer shall record the identity of the contractor in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System. This FAR case 2011-009 was closed pending finalization of regulations for the Small Business Job Act.
