Abstract: This rule provides policies and procedures for the sharing of cyber threat information between contractors and the Government related to information that is contained in computers, computer networks, and electronic storage facilities. A new clause is established. This case is now FAR Case 2011-010 having been redesignated from FAR Case 2009-032.
