Title: FAR Case 2011-006, Definition of Multiple-Award Contract 
Abstract: This case is being withdrawn because the SBA is updating their regulations to incorporate the change mandated by section 1311 of the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-240). Section 1311 provides a new definition of the term "multiple-award contract" in the Small Business Act at 15 U.S.C. 632.
