Title: FAR Case 2011-005, Repeal of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program 
Abstract: This rule implements section 1335 of the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-240). Section 1335 repealed the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This became effective immediately upon enactment of the Act on September 23, 2010.
