Title: FAR Case 2011-002, Contractor Access to Non-Public Information 
Abstract: This case is withdrawn and its provisions incorporated into FAR Case 2011-001. This rule gives consideration of how to best safeguard non-public information by including provisions and clauses in solicitations and contracts regarding the use of non-disclosure agreements, information sharing among contractors, and remedies for improper disclosure. This case is in response to Public Law 110-417, section 417.
