Title: FAR Case 2009-045, Requirement to Debrief Unit Prices 
Abstract: DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise sections 15.503, Notifications of Unsuccessful Offerors and 15.506, Postaward Debriefing of Offerors, to address and resolve inconsistencies between the two sections. Currently, FAR 15.503 does not provide for the mandatory disclosure of the successful offeror's unit prices when notifying unsuccessful offerors, while 15.506 makes this disclosure mandatory when debriefing an unsuccessful offeror.
