Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2012-031; Accelerated Payments to Small Business Subcontractors 
Abstract: DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement the temporary policy provided by Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Policy Memorandum M-12-16, dated July 11, 2012, by adding a new clause to provide for the accelerated payments to small business subcontractors. This temporary policy was extended another year by OMB Policy Memorandum M-13-15, dated July 11, 2013. This case is included in the FAR retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
