Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA amended the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Pub. L. 112-81), which extends the limitation on allowability of compensation for certain contractor personnel from senior executives to all DoD, NASA, and Coast Guard contractor employees.
