Abstract: DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to revise the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement section 802 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Pub. L. 112-239, enacted January 2, 2013), which provides for additional requirements relative to the review and justification of Pass-Through contracts.
