Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2014-026; High Global Warming Potential Hydrofluorocarbons 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Executive branch policy in the President’s Climate Action Plan to procure, when feasible, alternatives to high global warming potential (GWP) hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs). This final rule will allow agencies to better meet the greenhouse gas emission reduction goals and reporting requirements of the Executive Order on Planning for Sustainability in the Next Decade.
