Justification:  FAR 25.104(a) is the list of articles identified as domestically nonavailable for purposes of the Buy American Act.  The list is  received every five years.  The list was published in the Federal Register as well as a notice posted in FedBiz Opps.  Comments were received on the Federal register notice but none to the notice posted in FedBiz Opps.  No comments comments received required any changes to the list.  Therefore, a recommendation to close the case without further action was made and accepted. 

DoD, GSA, and NASA are considering amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to update the list of domestically nonavailable articles under the Buy American Act. DoD, GSA, and NASA are seeking information that will assist in identifying domestic capabilities and for evaluating whether some articles on the list of domestically nonavailable articles are now mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities and of a satisfactory quality.
