Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the responsibilities for ordering activity contracting officers to determine fair and reasonable prices when using Federal Supply Schedules. This case codifies the class deviations issued by both NASA and DoD.
