Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2015-019; Definition of Multiple Award Contract 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA is issuing a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement section 1311 of the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 and Small Business Administration implementing regulations.  Section 1311 provided a new definition of the term "multiple award contract" in the Small Business Act at 15 U.S.C. 632.
