Abstract:

The purpose of this case is to implement section 814 of the fiscal year 2015 National Defense Administration Act, Improvement in Defense-Design Build Construction Process. Section 814 revises the criteria and procedures regarding the maximum number of offerors that may be selected to submit phase-two proposals during a two-phase design build construction acquisition.
