Abstract:

This proposed rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a new definition for recruitment fees for FAR part 22. This definition will supplement the new anti-trafficking regulations (FAR Case 2013-001) published on January 29 , 2015, to implement Executive Order 13627 and the End Trafficking in Government Act.
