Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA has issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 815 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. ‘Buck’ McKeon National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2015 that makes permanent the authority to issue solicitations under subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
