Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA issued a final rule to revise Standard Forms prescribed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) for contracts involving bonds and other financial protections.  The revisions are aimed at clarifying liability limitations and expanding the options for organization types.
