Abstract:

 DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement OMB Memorandum M-19-13, Category Management: Making Smarter Use of Common Contract Solutions and Practices, which provides guidance to meet statutory requirements for business cases for agencies seeking to serve as executive agents for Government-wide acquisition contracts.
