Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 735 of division E of title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Pub. L. 116-260), which prohibits the Government from recommending or requiring an offeror on a Federal contract to disclose as a condition of its offer any payments the offeror has made to a candidate for election for Federal office or to a political committee.
