Abstract:

This second interim rule removes the minimum wage requirements implemented through Executive Order (E.O.) 14026, Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors, dated April 27, 2021.  E.O. 14026 was revoked by E.O. 14236, Additional Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions, on March 14, 2025.
