Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year (FY) 2022 that provides a statutory exception to the periodic inflation adjustments of acquisition-related thresholds for certain bonds.
