Title: Prohibition on Unmanned Aircraft Systems from Covered Foreign Entities 
Abstract:

This rule prohibits agencies from procuring unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), or products or services in connection with the operation thereof, for systems manufactured or assembled by a covered foreign entity, unless an exemption, exception, or waiver applies. This rule is issued pursuant to subtitle B (American Security Drone Act of 2023), Title XVIII, of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024.
